Our beautiful Villa Goa is located in the centrally located Vista Lobos complex in Playa Blanca. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is the ideal location for your family vacation.
As you enter Villa Goa, a bright, open space will greet you. On this floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large, covered terrace for cozy dining.
Down the stairs there is a huge lounge + relaxation area with a fantastic pool table. There are two very comfortable sofas, a 55 inch flat screen TV with a good TV package, a DVD player, ... There is also a nice sofa where you can quietly read a book. This space is a great place to relax with the whole family. On the same level as the lounge are two of the 4 bedrooms: a twin room with two single beds and a bedroom with a king size bed, both with fitted wardrobes. The king bedroom has a small, cozy private outdoor patio. Between these two bedrooms is a communal bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath, double sink + vanity mirror and also a separate enclosed walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Via the patio doors of the lounge area you can go directly, via the outside staircase, to the heated private swimming pool. There are six individual sun beds and a lovely double bed where you can enjoy the sun, relax by the pool. Besides the pool there is also a fantastic Jacuzzi for 6 persons. Up a few steps is a terrace with sitting area next to a Canarian BBQ. Here you can prepare dinner and drink a few glasses of bubbles while the children play in the pool. In addition to this cozy sitting area there is a large, covered terrace. There is a large table and chairs for 8 persons. From both terraces you have a beautiful view over Playa Blanca, the ocean and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura.
Entering the house from the upper terrace there is a dining area, equipped with air conditioning, table and chairs for 8 should you choose to have dinner indoors.
Adjacent to the dining room is an open, modern, well-equipped kitchen. It gives the villa an extremely spacious and social feeling. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many cooking utensils. Just of the kitchen is a small Solana with the washing machine and ironing board.
At this floor you have also the master bedroom with a king size bed, air conditioning (coin operated), TV, fully fitted wardrobes, a safe, a hairdryer and an en-suite bathroom with a bath (with shower option), two sinks, toilet and bidet. From this bedroom you wake up with a beautiful vieuw of the ocean. The second twin bedroom is at the other end of the hall. This bedroom, fitted wardrobes, two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one sink, toilet. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.
In the hall there is also a separate toilet room so you don’t have to go to one of the bedrooms.
This villa has a private driveway with space for 2 cars. Free WiFi is available upstairs and downstairs.
The closest beach is Playa Flamingo. This child-friendly beach has white sand, breakwaters and shallow access to the ocean. This fine location is only 1.5 km from our villa.
Here you will also find a number of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. The town of Playa Blanca is approx.. 2 km from the villa. Here you will find the shopping street, cozy dike along the ocean with nice restaurants, bars, ... everything for a fun night out. Close to our villa (about 500m) there are also 2 water parks for children or young adults who love water slides and other water fun. If you don’t like the walk there is a taxi rank right outside the complex. The prices to take a taxi are very reasonable and they are always available.

10 years ago we found our way to Lanzarote and we lost our hearts there. We searched for a long time for our own home until we found this gem and could make it our second home. We would like to be able to share this place with you.
